Julian Reyes is honored to announce that he has accepted the “Chief Metaverse Officer” role at Founders Workshop.

Electronic Awakening 11 Year Anniversary (PANEL and AFTERPARTY)!!

After 11 years of the film Electronic Awakening being screened at over 250 locations worldwide, AC Johner and Julian Reyes are celebrating with a special event in San Francisco, Wed, Dec 21st, 2022, at Temple SF!

NEW MUSIC: SEHU MUSIC LABEL + REMIXES

The SEHU music label is a direct descendant of Keyframe-Entertainment’s former Psychill label. The acronym illustrates the four schools of thought on how AI will potentially awaken into the Singularity: Symbolic, Emergent, Hybrid, Universalist. Created by Julian Reyes aka ManyNames, the SEHU label is a sandbox of sonic ideas ranging from Metaverse explorations to AI-amplified performances.

On December 12th, 2022, ManyNames returns with a NEW Remix EP of “Watchu KNOW about WHAT!” (see originals here), featuring remixes from some of his favorite producers: Gizma (Psytrance), Mystik (House) and MetaTek (Techno).

ABOUT THE REMIXERS

Gizma (Psytrance remix) – Originally from Mexico, Gizma is now a San Francisco based DJ, producer and sound designer. She was recruited to be a DJ at the legendary Spun Records label in 2018. In 2021 she joined the label DJ roster of globally renowned Chilean label Antu Records. She currently performs deep-house, techno, and various genres of psychedelic trance, and produces psychedelic trance with releases on Antu records, Sculpted Sounds and Starseed Psytrance label.  

Mystik (House remix) is the solo music project of lifelong instrumentalist and veteran recording artist Peter Loomis. Originally from Milwaukee, WI, Peter has now lived in San Francisco, CA, for the past 22+ years. His influences run deep through all kinds of music, having started playing instruments and performing at a young age. He discovered electronic music and started raving while at university in Chicago and clubbing in New York where he began to collect records and DJ.

MetaTek (Techno remix) is the creation of Joseph DeVries and exploring, creating, and sharing a deep range of textures in the world of techno music is his primary motivation. Both a producer and DJ living in San Francisco, his performances have been regarded as having a full palate of intricate beats and driving enthusiasm.

His Pheuzen remix is currently #1 on the Alien Breakdance Beatport chart and he recently launched his new music label, SEHU.
