ABOUT THE REMIXERS:
Kaya Project
Kaya Project’s sound is a fusion of world music & electronica primarily built upon original recordings from exotic locations around the planet. The collective is spearheaded by U.K. based producer / multi Instrumentalist Seb Taylor, having released fourteen albums mostly on Canadian label Interchill Records, with numerous appearances on compilations such as Claude Challe’s ‘Buddha Bar’ Series & Six Degrees’ World Traveler series. Encompassing original studio sessions & field recordings captured throughout Asia, North Africa & The Middle East, Kaya Project is truly a vibrant melting pot of influences.
For the Live sets, Seb is regularly joined on stage by a number of World renowned musicians including Russian Vocalist Irina Mikhailova, whose sublime vocal performances graced the very first Kaya Project track & have been present in each of the Albums since the band’s Inception. Other Major Contributors include Shahin Badar (Vocalist from The Prodigy‘s 1997 Mega Hit “Smack My B*tch Up) & The Turkish Ney Flute master Omar Faruk Tekbilek.

Dov1 has often been comfortable to be working in the shadows, but his influence filters our through the music on his labels. As a producer his sounds are rooted in heavy bass and a blending digital and organic textures. He does not have restrictions of one type of Bass music, due to the fact he has journeyed through many incarnations of Bass music as the genres arise, often pioneering the genres on his label, Muti Music.
In his role as founder & owner of Muti Music, and the other labels he has / does play roles in Medicine, Producer Dojo, Cyberset, Earthdance, EyePhunk and Fuel Records, he has helped define the sounds coming out of the US west coast, often serving a as bridge for cross-continental influences and collaborations to happen.
His ‘Clipping Paths’ compilations series has served as a launch pad for emerging sounds, the original compilation led to a groundbreaking evolution in west coast bass music sound. Dov1 has rocked dance floors alongside many luminaries of Dance culture including Diplo, Bassnectar, Opiuo, ill.Gates, Gasslamp Killer, Excision, Eprom, Tipper, Freq Nasty, Zeds Dead, TRUTH, Clozeeto name a few. His diversity has also allowed him to hold it down in unusual situations like opening for Ferry Corsten, Boy George or Shpongle and even playing alongside and jamming with Shafqat Ali Khan. Tor.Ma in Dub
Tor.Ma in Dub emerged from the psytrance movement around 2006. You can notice it in his sonic style: a kaleidoscopic montage of dub filtered through the psychedelic realms. This creates a new, dark, trippy, hypnotic, bass-driven and twisted interpretation of steppers dub.
With 8 full albums under his arm and an array of EPs, collaborations and remixes, he had played on some of the most important gatherings of psychedelic music like Boom, Hadra, Mo:Dem, Ometeotl, Cosmic Convergence, Tribal Gathering among others.

Zero Theory
Zero Theory is the collaborative Psydub project of Rohan Nitschke and Gareth James. Originally a solo project for Rohan that started in 2019, Zero Theory has evolved to become a joint project that involves live instruments to complement the duo’s unique style of Psychedelic Bass music production.
After a lifetime of performing in bands around Australia and overseas (The Floating Bridges, Bearfoot, Battleships, AYLA), Rohan initiated the Zero Theory project as the next evolution in his musical journey after becoming interested in electronic music production. 2020 saw the worldwide release of the debut Zero Theory album, aptly titled “Arrival”. The release of this album through Canadian label Altar records, was followed by appearances at many Australian festivals including Elements festival, Rootbound festival, and AmalgaRhythmz. 2021 saw the addition of Gareth to the project to allow for an expanded live performance setup that includes live guitar, synthesiser, and percussion.
Originally from Tauranga, New Zealand, Gareth had followed a similar early life experience of playing in bands, and later initiated a solo Drum and bass DJ project (Phobik). With the Zero Theory lineup solidly set in place by the end of 2021, the duo focused on preparing new music for release. 2022 saw the release of the “Duality” EP through internationally renowned label Merkaba Music. Bluetech
The founder of the label Behind The Sky Music, Evan Bluetech produces his unique style of digital downtempo from the West Coast of North America. Classically trained on the piano for public performing, Bluetech deviated from the traditional structure of classical music and being to relearn the instrument from an energetic and tonal perspective. This resulted in his interpretation of nature’s expression of being, establishing a playing style that is dronal ambient, downtempo and improvisational. Explosions in technology and software have enabled him to explore the edges of contemporary music production, and a sound has developed which draws from the psychedelic community as well as the experimental/IDM community.
