Keyframe Blog – In Case You Missed It! January 2016
Greetings all from the Keyframe office!
We’re kicking off the year with a monthly blog focused on Festival Culture, Electronic Music (Underground / Psychedelic / International), Film, Lifestyle, Sustainability, social media, memes, and Tech.
We’d like to keep you up-to-date with Keyframe News and our partners’ projects; it is our hope that you enjoy these selections and contribute ideas for future posts.
Let’s start out with a couple of mixes that we’re really enjoying:
The first is deep Techno by Lindsey Herbert. Read her bio on Reality Sandwich’s Evolver EDM.
And we have Khromata rocking beautiful PsyDub. Read her bio on Reality Sandwich’s Evolver EDM.
We’re happy to announce that Dissølv will be playing Envision and Serenity Gathering this year! Make sure you check out the info on these two great festivals:
Envision is a mix of conscious people from around the globe gathered to share an elevated experience of culture, spirit and community in stunning raw nature!
Serenity is a gathering to celebrate the feeling of ONE. After a long summer of rebuilding and recharging The Serenity Family formally requests your presence on another journey of peace, love, and sound! This year we choose to celebrate the Spring Equinox because it is the time where night and day, dark and light, are at perfect balance. This represents the balance we all have inside of us. We invite you to be the best and most uplifting part of Serenity Gathering by bringing your truest and purest intentions.
To listen to Dissølv rock some amazing beats please check out his Soundcloud.
With Psychedelic Future Bass, deep organic Dubstep and live instrumentation, Dissølv brings its listeners into a state of awareness that will reignite their ancestral roots of dance, ultimately dissolving the mind, body and ego. Dissølv has been on an ever-evolving sonic journey since 2010, with early origins as a live electronic band opening for world-class artists like Shpongle and Infected Mushroom.
If you would like to learn more about the global Transformational Festival Culture, please check out some resources and a list on our website.
In the Film realm, we are happy to announce that Keyframe has signed on as Associate Producer of “I/O” (Input/Output):
The I/O (input/output) computing term is defined as the relationship between an information processing system (such as a computer), and the outside world (such as a person). I/O is a reflection of the communication between electronic music and the people that connect with it. Produced by Hayden Baptiste, filmmaker Kevan McGovern unveils the truth behind why this music genre and its culture shift consciousness and lifestyle in ways that are completely distinct to other music genres.
In Tech, we are surprised to hear about Japanese phone company Softbank testing out a Robot-phone operated store! Click to learn more.
Keyframe’s Marketing Manager Maya Zuckerman just wrote an amazing HuffPost article on the Collective Journey and the role of Metanarrative.

In every moment we are presented with an opportunity to make a choice, and our choices, combined with the choices of those around us, create fractalized timelines and infinite possible futures. We are co-creators of this reality… remember that! At this Crossroads, in this Now, we hope it is clear that YOUR CHOICES MATTER.
As these amazing, multimedia news highlight, community plays a crucial role in the success of these projects. As proponents of community-building, we are delighted and honored to continue supporting and discovering innovative multimedia projects and collectives.
If you know about and/or have inspiring projects, let us know so that we can share the news with our network! We strive to make this blog an avenue by and for the Transformational community.
Also send us music mixes and memes that stand out to be featured at Natacha .at. keyframe-entertainment.com.
